An unknown company deducted an amount of R400 on my account. I went on my bank to query about which company was this. They told to go to FNB for verification because it is their client who did this. I went on to FNB Gateway, I asker one of the assistant person who was helping wearing the clothes belonging to FNB. I showed him my query and asked him to give me the number of the tape department or help me use the FNB customer phone to make my query. This person just became furious on me and said. I'm not an FNB client, so he will not help me or give me any of the FNB numbers. He said I'm must go back to my bank and tell them to solve my problem. He left me standing there. I also asked him why FNB deducted money from my account if they can't allow me to get information about their client whom I don't know.
