My claim with outsurance has been sitting in the legal department since the 4th of march. all my documents were submitted on the 4th. and I phoned every working day until today the 13th. to find the consultant dealing with my claim was off sick.
I contacted a manager and he asigned another consultant to call me and let me know that Thabang was off sick. despite there being a ticket for the manager to contact me.
I honestly belive I am being ignored due to on the part of outsurance Legal
