Failing to respond

One of outsurance clients who hit my car during Dec sent my claim to the Outsurance legal department

I have been on the phone with outsurance, from the 8th Dec its heading for 2 months and I still have no response.

On Friday the 24th January 2014, being in communication with Shantel Govender who mentioned to give me a response on the same day, only by 16H00 when following up, an out of the office was received reading:

Thank you for the email. I am away with no access to emails. I will return on the 03/02/2014 . Please contact 012 673 3490 for all urgent queries.

following the response I contacted 012 673 3490 who could not respond but mentioned that it need to go for validation and after 15day i will get a response now. I was n ot that 10 days ago
I was then forwarded through the reporting manager Lerato who mentioned I should follow up the next day.

Is there anyone who will tell me what the claim status is. or will i need to proceed legal action with he client who hit my ca
