Outsurance has failed to pay my claim

One of Outsurance's clients hit my car in December

I put my claim and submitted the relevant documents as requested by them.

My claim was referred to a person in legal department named Dumisani. I have had to chase this person continually to get some action from him.

I took my car for assessment and now I await some feedback and payment of the claim. As expected Dumisani has not contacted me to make any further arrangements

Clearly their advertising claims are not true and their service is not up to the industry standard
