Bad service from Outsurance

My girlfriend was involved in an accident on 29 May 2013 and the guilty party who knocked into her is an Outsurance client. She was traveling in a straight line 20km below the speed limit when the Outsurance guilty party took a right turn at a speed without looking into the intersection. It was my girlfriend's right of way and she still had time to brake so that the damage was minimized. I then followed up with Outsurance as to how I go about making a third part claim, completed the claim form and attached all necessary documents and emailed it to Outsurance on the same day. Ever since Thabang Radebe was appointed to deal with this claim he hasn't stuck to the time frame set out, he doesn't respond to any emails I send him and when I try to call him and ask him to call me back this does not happen either. This morning 24 June 2013 I received an email from Thabang with an offer of R1494.14. My girlfriend's car is written off and that's the offer that Outsurance is making. Well done Outsurance I am very impressed with the work you are doing. This was a very convenient way to not payout for a third party claim.
