Early in February somebody dove into the back of my car and I submitted a 3rd party claim against Outsurance. The claim was lodged on the 19th Feb and all documents they required were submitted by the 26th.

It was only on 18 March after multiple follow-ups with Leandra Duvenhage, that the case was submitted to Nonto Nxasane. A 3 week delay.

I received my settlement proposal on the 20th and returned all relevant documentation on the same day.

Today, almost another 3 weeks later, I heard that Nonto is on leave and nothing has been done on my claim since that date.

Can I please have a serious conversation with somebody in MANAGEMENT to resolve this ASAP. Your call centre refuses to escalate the matter to management.
