Big ups to the lady by the name of Tshidi, she renders such an effecient service, she is so customer and service orientated, I went to Capitec bank on sunday all stressed up after a certain company deducted an amount of R1700.00 from my account without me having signed up for any of their products or subscribed for their service.
The lady was so inclined to assist me, i provided her with all the proof she required and guess what, the money was credited back in to my account in a flash.
Thank you Tshidi and Capitec, the lady is truelly a force to be reckoned with, my friend who was with me on that day is also gonna come down to your branch and open an account with you guys.
