In moving into new house on the first weekend we had a break in, professional level expensive camera equipment was. Thabo Ungerer came in and was very punctual, professional and re-assuring during this very traumatising time. Took details of incident and camera feeds of the burglary along with invoices of equipment. Thabo took time to explain the claim processing procedures and expected timelines. Couple of days later we got a pay out and I went back to replace the equipment. In all Thabo did about 5 calls with updates on the claim process which helped to reduce the anxiety and stress that are typical of most other claims. Now I wish I have to deal with Thabo for all claims but all the same this is great for Telesure Group Services on behalf First for Women as a n example of great, professional and excellent service.
