On Friday 24.1.2014 I received an SMS stating that an amount of R1400 has been deducted from my Capitec account, I phoned the relevant company, they said that my account has been settled, and by no means a debit order could be deducted from my account. The lady told me that I must furnish proof of this deduction and only when the disputed amount show on their side the refund process will start, and will be finilised within 15 workdays.
I went to Capitec, and Susan Otto assist me. Within a matter of minutes, the money were back in my Capitec Account.
