Although I found FFW to be very professional and efficient, I am sad to say that I am unhappy with their processes after I asked for a quotation. I was advised that NO amount would be taken off until I had confirmed the service (having only inquired about a quotation for my vehicle at the time). I therefore gave all of the relevant information and the Customer Service Representative was helpful and patient.
However, after reviewing my banking statements for both June and July 2013, I found that a total of R 1165, 99 has been deducted from my account WITHOUT my permission. I am very sure of this because before the first deduction I was called and I confirmed that I did NOT want the insurance as my financial status is not where it should be.
I phoned FFW and they assured me they would cancel the policy and the debit order but have not yet returned the amount.
Please advise.
