Morning,
I had a car insurance with Oakhurst that I cancelled last year December 2012. On the 7 January 2013 I saw a deduction from my account. I called a lady from Oakhurst she transferred me to Netstar, Netstar are saying I am liable for 3 years for the tracker that was fitted in my vehicle. According to my knowledge when I took the insurance I was told that I am liable for 24 months if I cancell the insurance before 24 months. When I enquired about this deduction on Monday of the 7 January 2013 Netstar told me it is 3 years contrary to what Oakhurst told me that it is 24 months. She promised to forward the complain to Oakhurst to send to me a recorded voice when I took the insurance to see who is at fault here. That did not happen.
I need answers from Oakhurst Insurance why the deduction is taking place though the 24 months that I was told about has elapsed. Lastly when I called on Monday the Consultant transfered me to Netstar that I did not have insurance with.
Thanks
Phillimon
