On the 1st of this month I saw a debit order deduction from Auto and General on my bank. I stopped the deduction and informed FNB that they did indeed not deduct my premium
Surprize - the news was told. FNB transferred this insurance to Auto and General.
Here is the fun part. I now have the insurance cancelled. Yesterday they could not help me at all because their system was not updated. So I had to wait to get the good news.
This is truely poor service that one did not expect from FNB
