Double deduction no notification

I have a policy with group innovation for scratch since 2006 and have never had a problem with my debit order. In April 2013 I have had a deduction of R190 on my account for my policy either that means the premium went up by almost R100 or I had a double deduction. When I have contacted the call centre I wait for ever and get put on hold and was told no premium increase was done so they are not sure. I have had no notification that the premium had increased. I have proof to show that I have NEVER skipped a premium on my policy so why would I be double deducted.
