I approached African Bank in Southgate on Thursday 14th March 2013 because I could not withdraw any funds from my account. I was told that I need to produce FICA documentation. I was assured that once the documents were submitted I would be able to transact within 48 hours... And was told that would be possible on Saturday the 16th March 2013 at 11:00 am. No such occurance took place. I contacted the Call Centre today the 18th March 2013 where I was assisted by extremely rude consultants. I was told THAT NO DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED TO HEAD OFFICE
