My car was involved in a car accident on the 23/11/2013, it was towed to Outsurance premisses in Midrand by First road emergency. On the 29th November 2013 Outsurance sent a request to the towing guys to take the car from Midrand to Midway Lithabo Panelbeaters to be fixed there but to date it has been taken to the panelbeater. I have made numerous calls to First road trying to get them to delivery the car on the 2nd of December i was told they are waiting for a release letter from Outsurance. I kept calling them till Friday the 6th December 2013 where i was assured that the car will be delivered same day. i receved a sms to say it was delivered. When i called the panelbeater to my suprise the car was not delivered. I called First road they confirmed that the car was delivered to a wrong address that was last week Friday to date the car is not delivered t a correct address and no one has bothetered to call me. What frustrates me more is that i am the one who was calling them from Monday to Saturday i will call 3-4 times a day just to get feedback. All i want is my car taken to the correct venue which is No:9 Midway street Midway Soweto 1818 Lithabo Panelbeaters.
