I was involved in an accident on the 6th of Dec 2012, I reported the accident on the 7th. On the 11/12th I was told to take my car for assessment, which I did and did not return with it. I stayed without a courtesy car -7days and was given the courtesy car.

The insurance changed the panelbeaters and they told me. In Jan 2013 I started checking up on my car and everytime I went to the panelbeaters my car is sitting on the same spot as they claim to be waiting for the parts. I informed my insurance about this situation and they told me they'll call the insurance and get back to me which they didnt. I called them again and they told me the panelbeater will call me which never happened. Even today I'm still carless, its been 4 months already and still nothing has been done to the car.

Tried calling iwyze today and they r experiencing a high number of calls blah blah blah, left a msg. I also called the panelbetears and still the parts are not there even today. I seriously dont understand how long I will have to wait cos according to my knowledge when the airbags come out during an accident, it must be written off. I dont understand why ppl will force to fix something they cant *Angy
