Is the bank?

The bank deducted a transaction twice. The merchant only received the money once and I had to call the bank for them to see the error made. I was advised that the amount was deducted in error and will be payed in my bank within 12 days. This was 18th of March and I am really tired of depleting my airtime on customer services without even reaching any consultant and this is highly inconvenient. Can you kindly advise what the delay is and if I will ever receive the money deducted in error by the bank? This is really bad service, making promises and not living up to them!
