Very Bad Service/Disgusting

I had an accident on the 23 march 2013, two taxis hit my car from the back, afterwards my car was taken to Trident Panelbeaters in Middleburg who work with First for Women. A case number was submitted to First for Women. It has been 3 months since I have been waiting for my car and I was the one who made regular calls to the insurer trying to find out how far my car was coming along. I was promised the car would be fixed by end of April. In the beginning of May, I called the insurance to find out how far were they with my car and I was told to contact the panelbeater of which I did. First for women never even once made a follow up with me when their partner Trident panelbeaters was taking me for a ride. Whenever, I called them they would put me on hold when they realise it was me who was querring the status of my claim. This past Friday 28 June, I went to check for myself and to my surprise the car was still the way it was towed and nothing seems to have been done on it. What incense me the most is the way First for Women conducted themselves in these whole thing. They never made any follow up with me to inform me of my car status or with the panelbeaters to check or push them.
