No Sim After 3 Weeks

So it's me and FNB again, this time I received an sms offering me a data deal on my current iPad device. This deal is 99p/m for 2Gigs of Data.

I replied YES to the sms and a consultant called me 2 days later. He informed me that he will courier the sim card to my work address. I specificily told him that I would be out of office for a week and that he should arrange for the sim to be delivered the week after. Till now, 2weeks later, the courier has not contacted me or arrived. I called FNB and as usual you get put through to a vast amount of "correct departments" tell your story all over and then get transfered again to the "correct department". This is the worst call centre and people I have ever worked with. Pity that the other banks are also this bad, otherwise I would have moved a long time ago. My experience with FNB over the last 2 years have become extremely dissapointing.
