Still taking debit order after full setllement

I tried phoning and emailing but the call centre response was uninformative and suggested I send an email and proof of payment even though it has been reflecting on my loan account for more than a week.. I received no response via email after 24 hours.

Direct Axis took a debit order i did not budget for, AFTER I settled my loan with credit to spare.

-I requested a settlement letter and received a quotation valid up until 2013/08/13

-I then made a full payment on 2013/08/14 (one day late but it will explain the next step)

-A payment via direct transfer from FNB for to supplement my credit balance to avoid a possible debit order on the 26th of August. (because my settlement amount was not showing yet as that was done from ABSA)
And yesterday the 26th of August another debit order went through for a full installment, exactly what I tried to avoid and did not budget for.

So Direct Axis owes me two full installments (minus one day's interest because the settlement amount reflected one day after the last day the quotation was valid for)

Please let me know what is going on.
