I took a loan out with Bruma finance, i called in on the on the 7th of January and spoke to a call centre agent Nonhlahla Mkhize who gave me the settlement amount to pay and emailed me a settlement quote letter:

Balance R 464.45
Default Admin Fee R 60.00
Insurance R 5.15
Interest R 13.77
Service Fee - Monthly R 57.00
SETTLEMENT AMOUNT R 600.37
I PAID THIS AMOUNT OF R600.37 FROM MY ABSA ACCOUNT INTO BRUMA'S ABASA ACCOUNT ON THE 25/01/2013 ALSO EMAILED HER PROOF OF PAYMENT. i get a call from the contact centre yesterday 14 February 2013 from KOMOSO to say i am still outstanding a balance. I told her to check the records and come back to me which she hasn't nor as her teamleader contacted me yet. This is getting to me as I DO NOT OWE ANY MORE MONEY TO BRUMA I HAVE PAIND THE AMOUNT AND NOW I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY DO I GET A CALL SAYING I OWE.
THIS SETTLEMENT QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 24 DAYS UNTIL 31/01/2013
