DISSAPOINTING YET AGAIN

Its truly a terrible experience when 2 birds are killed with 1 stone. When I had initially opened up my FNB accounts- There was disaster and once rectified it took a while to build the trust for me. Onto a much serious note, Bond application. My husband and I have waited from what seems for ever for the consultant to get back to us. After approaching the Randburg branch and submitting relevant documents and an OTP which was going to expire soon. We were contacted in this time and there after nothing till this day was done. There were a few adjustments to be made but till this day the house is now back on the market. I am heavily pregnant and this was a stress for my husband and I as we thought, FNB could assist with a home loan. Hence, I have a CHQ ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS ACCOUNT AND BANK with them- easier to have assisted.

We fully understand procedure but now we have to face a rental again to secure a future with a bundle
of joy expected in the next few weeks, as appose to moving into our new home. Which in the interim we could have taken occupational rent (rent paud towards our bond)
