Incompetance of home loan staff

When applying initially for my home loan through FNB I went into the branch after collecting all the documentation, only to be told by Dolly at the branch that I " should not bother applying to any bank as they will not even look at my application". I have since then been granted a bond through FNB's other channels but at the final stage they lose an insignificent piece of paperwork ie. Consent for Marketing Options and have held up the entire process. I was scheduled to move into my new house this weekend but now ill have to pay occupational rent unnecessarily for a up on FNBs part. Furthermore they do not want to accept an electronic copy of this idiotic document. Is FNB going to compensate me for my occupational rent? Thus far I havent even recieved any feedback regarding my previous FNB queries. Absolutely pathetic service once again! Thanks FNB!!!
