PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HOME LOANS DEPT

I AM DIVORCING AND THEREFORE SELLING OUR EXISTING HOUSE AND BUYING A SMALLER TOWNHOUSE. FOR THE PURCHASING OF MY NEW HOME I WAS AWARDED A BOND FROM STANDARD BANK. ONE OF THE CONDITIONS WAS THAT I WOULD HAVE A LIFE POLICY WITH THE BOND AMOUNT CEDED TO THE BANK IN THE EVENT OF MY DEATH. I TOLD THE BANK THAT I WOULD NOT TAKE THEIR LIFE COVER BUT WOULD CEDE A PORTION OF MY OWN LIFE POLICY TO IT. STANDARD THEN REQUESTED PROOF OF MY OWN COVER WHICH WAS SENT TO THEM ON THE 31 OCTOBER 2013.IN ORDER FOR THE BOND ATTORNEYS TO GO AHEAD WITH REGISTERING MY NEW BOND THEY NEEDED AN AMENDMENT LETTER FROM THE BANK . TO DATE THIS LETTER HAS NOT BEEN SENT. THERE HAVE BEEN MANY EMAILS SENT FROM MYSELF AND THE ATTORNEYS REQUESTING IT. PROOF OF THIS IS AVAILABLE. THE SALE OF MY HOME AND THE REGISTERING OF THE NEW HOME WAS SUPPOSED TO GO THROUGH AT MORE OR LESS THE SAME TIME. BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE I AM NOW A TENANT IN MY HOUSE AND HAVE TO PAY OCCUPATIONAL RENT OF R 10 000.00 . ALL THIS BECAUSE OF SOMEONES INCOMPETANCE. TELL ME IS STANDARD BANK GOING TO PAY MY OCCUPATIONAL RENT FOR ME FOR DEC AND JAN??? I HAVE SAT ON THE PHONE FROM 9AM THIS MORNING UNTIL 3PM BEING SHOVED FROM PILLAR TO POST.
