Please assist URGENTLY

Please could someone from Card Collections phone me urgently - I have tried twice now and both times I wasted all the time on my phone by being on hold (R40 down the drain). I mistakenly transferred everything from my savings into my credit card this morning and I cannot transfer it back. Please could someone just assist so that I can get it back into my savings account - I need to load electricity at home. It is extremely urgent!!
