Health Wallet mess

When the new Heath Wallet (HW) came into affect at the beginning of the year, I was eager to add it to the many services from Discovery that I already use. I called the call center and the setup was done over the phone.
As I was on the previous Savings Booster and had some money available in it, it was transferred to the new account. Then on the web system I transferred a further 1000 from my credit card to the HW.

Little did I, or Discovery, it seems, know that I was never supposed to have any access to the HW as my health plan does not include a savings plan. I had to figure this out on my own, and subsequently educate quite a few of Discovery's call center personnel on how it seems to work. Now of course any claims agains the HW are rejected, plus I cannot transfer the money currently in the HW back to my credit card, so that I can pay my medical bills.

It has now been 2 weeks, several phone calls, several emails just to be told that the issue has been escalated, because frankly they do not know how this happened. But still after several requests to transfer the money back to my credit card it is not being done.

Discovery, don't call to appologise, call with a solution.
