Hi there

I have applied for house loan in 2011 was approved, the house was not registered under my name because the the developer took so song to complete my unit. The account was showing on my profile from transunion as pending account, now they made assessment and they told me that they cant make a payment because i got married and my spouse is not permanently employed. to my surprise i made an application alone when the application got approved. so i enquired with FNB housing finance this lady Diana Nyarirangwe
Customer Services Specialist FNB Housing Finance did not bother to call me or listen to my story. she just replied to an email that they cant grant me funds because i have four accounts on my name and i am not blacklisted or anything i still need proof to show why i dont qualify as my other accounts are paid off.
