I am an Fnb account holder. I am using FNB cheque card, but its problematic.sometimes it's working and sometimes it's not working. At times it does not swipe or withdraw on ATM's. At other stores it goes through without requiring pin number.
I reported the matter on two occasions, but did not get any assistance. I first reported by enquiries and I was told they are aware of the problem, but there is nothing much they can do. Secondly I reported again and I was told the same thing.i even phoned call centre and I was told my card is working okay, of which it's not the case
