Yesterday one of my busses was stuck on a free way near Eastgate. My wife has a petrol card with FNB and out of sheer desperation e decided to give them a try. FNB called AA to come and assist us. Not only that but they also deployed an armed reaction office to wait with us.
The call centre lady kept on calling my wife to see ifwe needed anything or are OK, she was really concerned and not just doing her job. I had a feeling that if we asked for cofee we will have been supplied with mug and bean, lol. Halala FNB Halala. I am going to transfer all my business accounts to FNB after what I have seen.
