I have decided after just over 6 years that I want to cancel my Blue bean card because of bad call centre services.
My card was suspended because it was overdrawn by R600 rand. I phoned the first time to ask how it is possible to overdraw an overdraft. The reply was, not to inconvenience me. The INCONVIENCE happens after the money was used. MY card got suspended; my overdraft was raised with my approval with R11500. I needed the money to buy a business for my wife yesterday, 4 days after trying to get the suspension lifted. The overdrawn amount was paid and their admin department have received proof op payment but did not action anything until the money showed in their account. Now I have lost the business opportunity for my wife.

I got diverted from call centre to call centre, going to the same places over and over. I eventually found someone today that could help, they said they needed 3 months bank statements and it would take yet another 4 working days and that I might have the suspension lifted.
