I applied for a loan, the next thing was told to aunthetication yesterday at the branch which I did, then in the afternoon when I went to the petrol station my card declined and I called the call centre they tell me all my accounts are on hold and will be operational by today but still no, I called again they tell me to go to the branch Again and not told for what. Now the whole weekend am stuck
