Got charged extra

I decided to use the Fnb card which I thought was convenient since all the money is on the card and if I need to reload I can request so. So I called yesterday at 9am and the assured me that money will be in by 5 that day so I decided to use the little I had on the day. I had also hired a car and needed to return it by 12. So in the morning I checked and no money had to wait for 9 and needed to drive for 6 hours to drop the car but could because I had no petrol and was relying on that money so I could leave early and would have made it by 12pm. The result calling Fnb to sort issue out 106 euros because I a, calling from Spain returned the car late and was charged 86 euros. Fnb I want this money refunded as I am stuck now in Spain with no money after charging your customers am arm and a leg to exchange money.
