Hazardous ATM security gate

I was horrified last night whilst I was in the process of withdrawing cash from the Nedbank ATM at the shopping center located on the corner of Kelvin Drive and Rivonia Rd! The cash had literally come out and I was removing my card when suddenly, with no warning, the ATM security gate came swinging down and knocking me on the head! I understand that there are security measures that need to be taken, but I do think that some sort of warning should be given to customers, as this poses a hazardous risk to us.
