We had rain damage on our roof over November/December. We put in the claim for repairs and was declined because the assessor felt we were more damadge to roof caused before the time to them to pay out. I did not put a claim in for the roof, but for the ceiling to be repaired.
I feel that I have had the house for almost 8 years and insurance with outsurance, this is the FISRT claim I put in and I ger declined. Thanks for nothing. Policy will be cancelled on Monday morning.
