POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ACKERMANS WEST GATE

Good Day

I am a proud mommy of a beautiful little boy, which I love to spoil.

I often go to West Gate shopping centre as it is convenient for me because it is close to my own store.

On two occasions I have been treated very badly by this store.

On the first incident I left my debit card in the car, so I happened to use cash to buy the clothes I had chosen, when I got to the cashier I gave her R400 in two hundred Rand notes, I understand that they have to check for false notes but, she could not find her marking pen to check if my money was fake or not, she made such a seen in front of other customers it was very embarrassing.

Yesterday I decided to go shopping again, I went in with a trolley from woolworths with my baby, his baby bag was in the trolley, I was looking for pyjamas, couldn't find any for his age after looking so I left. The security guard stopped me and went through my entire baby bag and bags from the other shops, which I had shown another security guard upon entering the store, no other customer was stopped when they walked out.

As a store owner I understand that shop lifting happens everyday, but the manner in which I was treated was very offens
