We had an accident 2nd december 2012..the car was towed away and after no response or feedback, we were informed on 18/12/2012 that the car has been written off by the assesor and they will be paying the claim before xmas 2012... we have tried on at least 30 occasions to phone, email, and left numerous messages for justin to call us back, but he NEVER called back... we eventually, after lots of begging and pleading with your telephone staff, were put through to justin last week... he PROMISED THAT HE WOULD CALL BACK TO CONFIRM THAT THE SETTLEMENT WOULD BE IN MY BANK BY FRIDAY 11/1/2013... never heard from him... I TRIED TO CALL HIM ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, BUT AS USUAL NO RESPONSE... we have now reached the end of our patience, and im going to lose my job because i cant get to work without transport... im very dissapointed with the service and dont know what to do anymore... The worst is the promises we are given just to shut us up... i realise that there was a delay because of xmas, but STOP LYING TO US... just tell us the truth man... PLEASE CAN SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS FOR US... you have my car, my papers, all my payments over the years, and my health is also now in your hands... thanks
