Credit card delivery and online assistance

FNB should withdraw all their adds they have on the radio on a daily basis. Because they are all, and false advertising.

Your cards ARE NOT delivered to you within 3 days, I waited almost 2 months for mine to be delivered, for a month I had to follow up with FNB on a weekly basis to find out where my cards are, after I was contacted by FNB to say they are on the way. Only to find out after speaking to about 10 different consultants, my cards were only ordered last week (today being 2 Dec) driver arrives today, MY CREDIT CARDS ARE PRINTED IN MY MAIDEN surname!!! Even though my profile and all information was changed @ FNB brakpan with ALL relevant information. My current account and savings account is on my married surname but not my credit card. Guess I'll have to wait another 2 months for my new cards!
This is disgusting!!! Please also train your call centre agents and also make sure they know what the rules are and what is required, because you can speak to 4 different consultants at any given time and they all tell you something different on what needs to happen or what is required...!!!
