PAYING MONEY FOR NOTHING

Good day,
I took out a policy with Frank to protect myself when I get retrenched one day which happened fast than I thought 10 months down the line.
I put in a claim which was accepted but payments will only started 3 months after they approved it. 4 Months AFTER MY retrenchment.

I don't know about you but I could not survive that long without money so I took a part time job on a as and when basis and got paid accordingly.

Then after I send them my bank statements they refuse pay-out because according to them I have money now and a job (WHICH IS NOT PERMANENT AND I CAN LOOSE TOMORROW). None of their consultants or in the correspondence they warned me against this.

I am actively looking for jobs and send them the proof thereof like requested but that is not enough according to them.

SO IF YOU HAVE A FRANK POLICY - ANY POLICY I SUGGEST THAT YOU READ THE FINE PRINT AND ASKED THE QUESTIONS BEFOREHAND BECAUSE THEY WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE NOT TO PAY YOU OUT!!
I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY TO THEM FOR NOTHING!!
WHEN I NEEDED THEM THEY BLOW ME OFF - FAR FROM THE HELP THEY ADVERTISE ON TV!!!
I WILL NEVER EVER ADVICE SOMEONE TO TAKE A POLICY WITH THEM!!
