Since the first day you launched I thought that I would want to take out salary protection insurance with [URL Removed] - turns out it was a big mistake/misconception right from the start.
One of your agents (Jeandre) called me to quote me on salary protection. Not only did he get first name wrong, he also quoted me the wrong amount. He did call me back later to correct this. After our initial two conversations he promised me that I would receive my policy docs via email. To date I have not received these docs. Even though I have signed up for the policy I have spoken to Jeandre almost four times during which he asks me the same questions again. Jeandre called me on Friday so that I could speak to a Frank Nurse, and then said that he will need to ask some more questions. I asked him if he could call me back at 5 . It's now Monday and I haven't received a call or any documents. Neither has anybody called to confirm where I could go for a blood test...
I would really appreciate it if we could sort this out as soon as possible. I wouldn't want to lose my rosy view of Frank.
