No tellers on busy Friday

I was in a very long que today in FNB Uitenhage. I am not a FNB client and after this experience, never will be. There was only 1 teller available to do the not bulk transactions. The poor girl was under such stress. A very very long que and even after I called the toll free number and the que just got longer, nothing was done except for some supervisor (?) that stood glaring at us, doing whatever he was suppose to do. One would expect at the very least 3 tellers. The excuse they gave us? There was no clerks available, some sick, some off, some on holiday. Wow, what happened to client service FNB? All your adds are. Just step into FNB Uitenhage. You will see 1 teller and that is it. The que got longer. I was there for 45 minutes before I was helped by this single teller.By that time, half the que has left. Really really not a nice experience. A pretty BIG bank without tellers. Dont have a FNB card and anyway wanted to deposit silver as well. i do hope you take note, FNB.
