How Fnb can help me is to ensure that there are at least two tellers on duty especially on last Friday of the month. After hearing there advert to switch continuously through all media I was really grateful I had not when today I spent 25 minutes at ordinary teller department. When I walked in there was a customer at the teller and two in front of me. Given that only two transactions per client allowed and under R 20 000 you would expect to be in and out in a few minutes.
