Bad service at FNB Menlynn Shopping Centre

Went to FNB Menlynn branch this morning to cash funds. Waited 15 minutes to be attended to by service consultant. He got the authorisation for me to cash funds. Then went to tellers. Their was 10 clients infront off me. Only one teller on and their was place for 3 and one teller next to them behind closed door. The next 2 clients was called by the tellers and after 45 minutes the tellers were still busy with them. One client ask the teller cant they get more tellers on and all she did was lift her shoulders and carry on chating to the cllient infront of her, Tellers name is Mahlatse and had a no care attitude. In my 32 years I have not experience such bad servise and attitude. Your Logo "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" SORRY YOU CANT HELP AND YOUR SERVICE STINK. It is month end and only one teller on!!! I walk out after 1 Hour without cashing my funds. I would suggest that get off their thrones and visit the branches to check on their service level.
