I had an FNB staff. Account, on which I took a smart device. Due to life hapening I defaulted on my account. I went into a branch to make arrangments that was never captured so no record exists for this. So naturally I was handed over, which I understand. I then swiched my salary and gave instruction for the account to be closed, which never happened. Resulting in being placed on ITC for the charges!! I only find out that the account was not closed 4 monthes later by accident, and after throwing my toys I had to pay R1364.60 to get the account closed finaly! I am paying my smart device through the lawyer and my account is closed..
Or so I thought.
Fnb decided to re-open my account two days ago on 14/03/2013 without my knowledge and without my concent. This must be illegal! I have no obligations towards fnb and they have no right to open anything on my name without my concent.. This account will occur charges and who is responcible for them? Is is common for fnb to open accounts without concent?
I have to follow up for their illegal actions!
I want answers!! On more than one occation fnb has me! And my credit record had suffered! I am enraged
