Awaiting feedback from 23 Jan already!

We are awaiting feeback on reference number 245877 since 23 Jan 2013, this is unacceptable! This is not how a bank should treat any client!

Your feeback will be highly appreciated. This ref HAS to be resolved within the next few days! If you cannot resolve this item them I expect you to send me the contact details of your CEO so that I can ask him why this is taking so long! It is absolutely pathetic!!!
