Failure to assist business bank client in 4 months

I'm a business owner and I'm disgusted in the fact that FNB is unable to asssit us in opening another business account since November 2012 (email trail to prove it)
. We've also requested the issuing of a company petrol card and atm cards for our existing business accounts with them and to date haven't received it.
Most frustrating is the fact that my internet banking is set up to a SINGLE device ONLY thus preventing me from going about my business when travelling - this also fell on deaf ears.

The Banker's excuse was that his Outlook has not been working for months so we scheduled a meeting for March 15/2013 - and they didn't pitch because they got the meeting venue wrong eventhough it's clearly stipulated on the meeting request accepted by them.

What's the use of having 'Steve' feeding us on radio wrt the amazing service and features FNB offers but he's nowhere to be found when needed. Wierda Valley branch is pathetic and might as well close down because I can only imagine how private bankers are treated if THIS is how they treat established business bankers.
