FNB how can we double bill you??

We have been under debt review for the past 6 years. One of our creditors was FNB credit card. Most of our original creditors have already been paid off, with the exception FNB who took it upon themselves to still bill us, even after the amount has been settled. I have tried going into the bank, as well as calling the credit card department (where i waited for 8 minutes, and no consultant) and still nobody can give me an answer as to why we are still being billed for an account that has already been settled. Why is it that they can easily get hold of you, if you owe them money, but if they owe you, then you cant get hold of Anyone??
