I opened a business account at Standard Bank Sandton branch with the business banker, Aldo Africa, in October 2012. I requested a secondary business account in November 2012 but to date I have not received notification that the card has arrived.
Aldo informed me that this would only take 10 business days, however, more than 2 months later, I'm yet to receive the card.
I have followed up with Aldo on numerous occasions, but he just ignores all the correspondence that I send..
I have never experienced such pathetic & lousy service before.
I shall be cancelling my accounts with the bank & move to a bank that appreciates my business.
