I got an automated call instructing me to make IMMEDIATE payment/action against my cheque account. I thought oh my word what now?!?! I stressed because I like my accounts to be in order, so I was wondering what now??? Check my account, see nothing wrong I call the call centre.
Apparently I was in arrears with my checque account with 0.99.
I'm not even joking. 99 cents. With my huge salary and excellent payer that I am this month I had to lend a family member money but the money will be replaced at month end when my salary goes through.
It's a joke, Nedbank is a joke. I wanted to change months ago then thought it's not worth the effort as I have so many debit orders and personal loans and overdraft. But you know what. I dont care if it takes me a month to get everything sorted I'll do it. Because Nedbank is the worst bank and this stupid 99 cents incident just was the straw that broke the camel's back with them.
