Im March i made an enquiry with Loan Discovery SA on the internet. They then sent me forms to complete which had an invoice of R399. It stated that after completing the forms i should the R399 at the bank and submit the form together with the invoice. I ignored it after seeing that an application has to be accompanied by R399. On the 15th March 2013 when i got paid i noticed that they had debited my account. My bank Capitec Bank refused to reverse the debit order saying that i should have proof that i dont have a loan account with them. However my account does not show any amount of money being deposited into my account by them. I would like Loan Discovery SA to refund my R399 as i did not fill in the application which they mailed to me.
