Elroy Jenniker should be commended for his exceptional service and pushing the limits to rectify a problem that wasn't even his doing.
In short, I payed off my iPad 2 ahead of schedule to get a newer one. (FNB Smartphone/device offer)
I received confirmation it was settled, and placed an order for a new one.
I was given the run around by various staff for over 2 weeks. when the device finally came, it was the same one that i had originally paid off (iPad 2), not the newer model i had ordered (iPad 4).
Elroy Emailed me, and within a few days he had got my CORRECT device to me, as well as keeping me informed of its delivery progress DAILY. Elroy, you are an asset to FNB, thank you once again for your exceptional service.
